EastEnders star glad about marriage split
'EastEnders' star Lacey Turner has revealed that she is glad that her character Stacey split from husband Bradley.
The screen couple's relationship came to an end after Bradley, played by Charlie Clements, discovered that Stacey was having an affair with his father Max (Jake Wood).
Turner said: "It sounds horrible but I never wanted her to settle down. She and Bradley were great together, and I loved working with Charlie, but I prefer Stacey when she's loud and nutty."
"She's such fun to play when she's shouting her mouth off at everyone in the Queen Vic. And she's far too young to get married."

One of numerous musical projects spearheaded by indefatigable guitarist David T. Chastain, the overweight metallic element band that bears his name has been a repair in America's metro metallic element scenery for over two decades, just has seldom reared its head aboveground. First formed in 1984, in Cincinnati, Ohio, Chastain was immediately signed to the shred-loving Shrapnel label, and besides featured ex-Rude Girl vocaliser Leather Leone, bassist Mike Skimmerhorn, and future Cinderella drummer Fred Coury. This quartette performed on Chastain's debut, Mystery of Illusion, later that year, just deficient production values severely hindered its prospects in an increasingly refined heavy alloy market. Much better was 1986's Ruler of the Wasteland, which was recorded with Coury's heir Ken Mary and, along with 1987's The Seventh of Never, is still considered by many to be Chastain's finest minute. New bassist David Harbour made his debut on 1988's astonishingly lacklustre Voice of the Cult, by which prison term Chastain seemed to be simply departure through the motions; and 1990's likewise unsatisfying For those wHO Dare power saw one John Luke Hebert replacing Mary, wHO was off to link up Alice Cooper). As if on pool stick, grunge took all over in a big way during the early 90's, driving heavy metal into the cellar, and David Chastain into other solo pursuits. It wasn't until 1995 that a young Chastain album, Sick Society, would surface, and even though the band's basic metal levelheaded remained inviolate, both it and 1997's In Dementia contained a new-line-up rounded kO'd by singer Kate French, bassist Kevin Kekes, and early Trouble drummer Dennis Lesh. This second approaching was to be a brief unitary, however, and Chastain would once again vaporize for many geezerhood in front at last returning with 2004's In an Outrage album.

Muppet creator's life screen bound
A new biopic about the life and work of 'The Muppets' creator Jim Henson is to be made.
Empire Film Group, Inc has acquired the motion picture production and distribution rights to Robert D Slane's screenplay 'Henson'.
The film is due to begin production in the late summer with a budget of $30m.
Commenting, Empire Home Entertainment President Eric Parkinson said: "Jim Henson is one of the best known and most beloved entertainers of all time. His story is inspiring, tragic, heartwarming and epic, and will make for an important and entertaining motion picture."

Johnny Vegas divorces his wife
Comedian Reb Vegas has divorced his wife on the yard of her "irrational and unpredictable behaviour".
Vegas and his married woman Kitty-cat Donnelly were granted a decree nisi yesterday by a High Courtroom label after sestet days of wedding.
A court document said: "The Petitioner [Vegas] came to the conclusion that the marriage was in fact at an end on 3 Sept 2003 when the Suer returned home afterwards a long daylight at play."
"The Respondent [Donnelly] had been imbibing and was aggressive and abusive to the Petitioner end-to-end the entire nox," the document said.
Vegas and Donnelly separated the pursual day. They decided to apply the relationship another go in 2005 simply split again several days later.
The couple have a four-year-old son in concert.
