The Norwegian folktronica foursome Flunk was formed out of the studio block sessions of a triad of Oslo musicians: producer Ulf Nygaard (likewise of Phratry and Rovere), guitar player Jo Bakke (once with the Happy Campers), and drummer Erik Ruud (a extremity of the Guidance-label play Feeler).
